CFC 14 is home to our area’s Early Intervention Programming for children aged 0-3.  Families with concerns related to their child’s development can make a referral for evaluation.  

WIC is a food assistance program for Women, Infants, and Children. It helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children eat well and stay healthy.

TCHD’s Birth to Five Services include Breastfeeding Peer Counselors, car seat fittings, Farmer’s Market vouchers, nutrition for women, infants, and children (WIC), immunization and school physical clinics, and lead testing.
